Mary Boyd, VP Regional Network Development at Trinity Health and Chief Operating Officer of Pennant Health Alliance.
Mary has over 20 years in the health care industry and has helped with hospital turnarounds, mergers and business development. In addition to her position as VP Regional Network Development at Trinity Health she is currently serving as the COO of Pennant Health, which was formed in the fall of 2010 as a partnership with Grand Rapids based Metro Health, Trinity Health and the University of Michigan Health System. The Pennant Health Alliance is viewed as a way for hospitals to generate the benefits of a merger while maintaining independence, local control and a market identity they might otherwise lose.


Dr. Charles E. Kelly, D.O. Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer Henry Ford Physician Network Dr. Kelly is responsible for leading development and implementation of the Henry Ford Physician Network (HFPN) clinical performance improvement efforts and administration of Regional Care Collaboratives. The Henry Ford Physician Network is a physician-led subsidiary of Henry Ford Health System (HFHS), and is comprised of private practice, HFHS employed and Henry Ford Medical Group physicians. The HFPN is focused on delivering even higher quality care and lowering medical costs.


R. Chris Christy, SAP America Senior Principal, Healthcare Industry and Executive Director, Accountable Care Organizations at SAP Business Projects
Chris has been engaged in Healthcare for 28 years, both in hospital roles and healthcare software positions. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and has served as an Adjunct Professor for Healthcare Strategic Planning at Texas Woman’s University in Dallas. In addition, he is a Certified Professional in Health Information Management Systems.


Chris Rossman, Partner with Foley & Lardner
Mr. Rossman is a partner in Foley & Lardner LLP's Detroit office and leads its health law practice in Michigan. He has significant experience in major corporate transactions for health care clients, primarily hospitals and health systems. Chris also specializes in reimbursement payment issues and he provides strategic advice in structuring health care transactions under government and private payor rules and requirements.
